Anti-gay Westboro Baptist Church is charging NBA player Jason Collins with being the catalyst for the deadly tornado in Oklahoma.

In another episode of the Biblical blame game, the anti-gay Westboro Baptist Church is charging recently out NBA player Jason Collins with being the catalyst for the deadly tornado in Oklahoma.

Fred Phelps Jr., the son of the Kansas church founder, is linking homosexuality to the natural disaster that killed 91 people. On Twitter, Phelps referred to Oklahoma sportsman Kevin Durant, who he says offended God by saying "no one has the right to judge" the first openly gay basketball player.

Phelps tweeted: "OK Thunder’s Durant flips God by praising fag Collins. God smashed OK. You do the math. #GodH8sFags #FagsDoomNations #FearGod #GodH8sU."

WBC backed Phelps claim, tweeting a picture of a rainbow flag still standing after the destruction.

"What’s this picture? Another rainbow house in evil Oklahoma? #GodH8sYourIdols #FearGodNotMotherNature," the tweet reads.

Over the last year, right-wing conservatives have blamed gays for everything from Hurricane Isaac, to Noah’s Flood and the Newtown Massacre

I just wish the Westboro bullshit church would have fire and brimstone rain down on it. Or a tornado would be fine. Better yet, maybe god will give Freddy boy a bad blood transfusion and he will be HIV positive. What a horrible family. They should all be rounded up and thrown into a pit.

They are clearly in line with the devil and people should protest every funeral, every marriage, and every event the church sponsors. They are clearly preaching hate for all.

Like the tea party and their ilk they are probably claiming their a "social welfare" organization. Tea party and religious zealots are a dangerous combination.

Everybody should contribute food to the Westboro baptist church. Raw chicken, whole fish, pork chops, lobster shells.

So what? This family of lunatics is irrelevant. Ignore them.

Unlike the food idea. Flood them with rotting meat to go with their rotted sensibilities.
