Porn Magnate Flynt Offers Big Bucks for Info on Carson's Allegedly Closeted Advisor

The campaign of retired neurosurgeon and GOP presidential hopeful Ben Carson may be about to receive a serious blow from none other than skin magazine magnate Larry Flynt, founder and publisher of Hustler.

According to the Hollywood Reporter, Carson's chief campaign architect, Armstrong Williams, was sued in 1998 for allegedly making unwanted sexual advances to his male gym trainer. The suit, however, was settled out of court.

Flynt's letter appeared in the form of a paid political advertisement that was published in the Las Vegas Review-Journal. Flynt is now offering $50,000 to $1 million for anyone who has substantial proof of Williams' guilt.

"Armstrong Williams, your brother in faith and the person you say you trust more than anyone else outside of your immediate family," Flynt wrote in the open letter "settled a lawsuit out of court after affidavits provided allegations that he initiated unwanted sexual advances toward other men."

Flynt continued:

"Dr. Carson, you claim to be an advocate of traditional family values. You have linked gays with bestiality and the North American Man/Boy Love Association. You have opposed same-sex marriage, accusing marriage equality advocates of "direction attacking the relationship between God and his people" yet you have partnered with an accused sexual predator. You, sir, are a hypocrite!"

Flynt's letter ended with a strong threat to Carson.

"At tomorrow night's Republican Presidential debate, you must disavow any and all relations with Mr. Williams," Flynt warned. "If you refuse to be honest with the American people tomorrow night, I am willing to pay between $50,000 and $1MILLION to anyone who can provide confirmable information that I agree to publish relating to this most peculiar relationship."
