Watch: 'Downton Abbey' Season Six Trailer

After much anticipation and hoopla, British network ITV has released the trailer for Season Six of "Downton Abbey" the popular all-star brit-drom that has taken both sides of the Atlantic by storm since debuting in 2010.

Will Mrs. Hughes and Mr. Carson finally tie the knot? Will Lady Mary find love again? Will Lady Edith find love - ever? And will Thomas the sometimes evil, but always hot footman turned under butler finally show a little skin?

Created by Julian Fellowes, "Downton Abbey" is a British period drama that follows the lives of the Crawley family and their servants in the family's sprawling country home in Northern England. The series begins with the 1912 sinking of the Titanic and has followed every major social and political event of the ensuing two decades.

The final season of "Downton Abbey" premiers in the UK on September 20. American viewers who have the patience not to illegally download it, will have to wait until January 2016 to see how things wrap up.
